This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through luxonas.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Malta and Gozo as standard.

For deliveries outside Malta, please contact us at info@luxonas.com before ordering. International shipping is available on request and is quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on destination, item size, and weight.

Delivery costs

Malta and Gozo: Free standard delivery on all orders.

International: Quoted individually. Costs depend on destination, dimensions, and shipping method.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product:

In-stock items: Typically delivered within 3-4 working days from order confirmation.

On order pieces: Lead times vary by collection and are stated on each product page. Typical lead times range from 6-8 weeks. We will confirm your specific lead time at the point of order.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malta. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends are processed the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. A separate email will follow once your order is scheduled for delivery.

Delivery of furniture and large items

For furniture and large items, our delivery team will:

  • Contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window.
  • Deliver to your room of choice within the property, where access permits.
  • Unpack and position the item in its intended location.
  • Remove all packaging materials, where requested.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • The item will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and into the intended room before ordering. We recommend measuring carefully, particularly for sofas, beds, and large case goods.
  • An adult aged 18 or over is present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods.
  • Access to the property is reasonable. If specialised access is required (lifts, hoisting, road closures, parking permits), please let us know in advance. Additional charges may apply.

If delivery is attempted and access is not possible, or no one is available to receive the goods, a re-delivery charge may apply.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your order at the point of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, notify our delivery team immediately and contact us at info@luxonas.com or +356 79288688 within 5 working days of receipt.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with our Returns Policy and your rights under Maltese consumer law.

Smaller items and accessories

Smaller items (lighting accessories, décor, menswear, books) are delivered by [courier partner / our team], typically within [3-4 working days] of dispatch. A signature may be required on delivery.

Showroom collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our showroom in Żebbuġ. To arrange collection, please contact us in advance to confirm your order is ready.

Showroom address: Triq L-Mdina, Żebbuġ, Malta Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:30–18:30, Saturday 9:30–13:00. Closed Sundays.

Failed deliveries and storage

If you are unable to accept delivery within 3 weeks of your order being ready, we may charge a storage fee. We will always contact you to discuss before applying any charges.

Title and risk

Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery, or on collection from our showroom.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, customs delays, port disruption, supplier delays, or public holidays. Where such delays occur, we will keep you informed and work to deliver as soon as reasonably possible.
